Are you ready to take ownership of key retail relationships on a global scale and shape how products show up in-store and online across international markets? We're looking for an Account Manager to lead high-value retail and distribution partnerships, drive commercial growth, and bring standout trade marketing ideas to life.
The Role
You'll be the key link between the business and its retail & distribution partners worldwide - building strong relationships, unlocking growth opportunities, and making sure every account performs at its best. This is a hands-on role where commercial thinking meets creativity, execution, and relationship building.
What You'll Be Doing
- Account Management & Relationships
- Act as the main point of contact for global retail and distributor partners
- Build trusted, longâterm relationships with key accounts
- Provide fast, effective support and problemâsolving across all partners
- Sales & Growth
- Help deliver and exceed sales targets across key accounts
- Identify new opportunities for account expansion and travel retail growth
- Shape commercial strategies based on retailer and market priorities
- Trade Marketing & Activation
- Create and deliver engaging inâstore and online campaigns
- Plan promotional calendars around key retail moments
- Support store launches, events, and brand activations
- Retail Execution & Operations
- Ensure correct setâup of listings, promotions, and product launches
- Coordinate marketing assets and retail materials
- Support onboarding of new partners and training of retail staff
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in account management, sales, or trade marketing
- Background in consumer goods, wellness, retail, or similar industries
- Strong communication and relationshipâbuilding skills
- Confident working with CRM systems and managing multiple accounts
- A proactive, handsâon approach with strong attention to detail
- Experience with travel retail is a bonus
- Additional languages are a plus
