The Role
This is a senior leadership position within the EMEA agency team, focused on driving continued strong revenue growth from UK agencies. Reporting directly into the Chief Revenue Officer, EMEA, this is a fantastic opportunity to accelerate your career within a profitable, high-growth business in which the company and senior management actively invest.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Revenue: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue by selling B2B advertising solutions to marketing teams and holding company media agencies. Utilise your existing book of business to build a solid pipeline and deliver significant revenue targets.
- Track and Optimise: Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue and continuously improve the sales process to maximise results.
- Win High-Value Deals: Identify, pitch and close high-value opportunities with key agency and B2B marketing stakeholders.
- Expand Partnerships: Build and grow relationships with senior decision‑makers at agencies, ensuring adoption and continued expansion of the company's solutions.
- Understand Client Needs: Position the business as a trusted partner by tailoring solutions to meet the campaign and business objectives of B2B advertisers and agencies. Use market trends and insights to develop meaningful recommendations and represent the company's B2B offering with credibility.
- Collaborate: Work closely with marketing, product and customer success teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and long-term value.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience selling into B2B media agencies
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, media buying and data-driven marketing strategies
- Established relationships with senior stakeholders at B2B media agencies
- Track record of closing complex, high-value deals and driving consistent revenue growth
- Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution skills and a focus on results
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
What You Need to Be Successful
- A proactive, hunter mentality with the ability to hit the ground running in new business prospecting
- Confidence in taking the lead, organising meetings and events and representing the business at a senior level
- A problem‑solving mindset with strong attention to detail and precision
- A minimum of 8 years' sales experience
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and allocate focus to the highest‑value opportunities
- Ability to work on a hybrid basis, with at least three days per week in the London Bridge office and availability for face‑to‑face client meetings five days per week when required
