Salary: £25,837 per annum (Full‑Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours)

Location: Liverpool City Centre (Hybrid model)

Working Hours: Mon‑Sun (covering hours between 7am‑5pm)

What You’ll Do

  • Answer questions, solve problems and recommend experiences that meet customer needs.
  • Advise customers on the best services available and promote members and other potential add‑ons.
  • Provide a high‑level customer experience that enhances their experience and builds up reputation.
  • Initially capture then maintain to ensure there’s quality customer data being recorded on the system.
  • Highlight and escalates any issues as and when necessary.
  • Deliver and maintain both your own and team targets.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Multi‑lingual (German and English speaking).
  • Excellent verbal and written speaking experience within both English and German speaking.
  • Background in customer service – via call centre or customer‑service‑led roles.
  • Travel or hospitality led experience desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in up‑selling or cross‑selling desirable.
