We're supporting a specialist technology consultancy that delivers CRM and membership system solutions to membership organisations, professional bodies and not-for-profit clients.
Due to continued growth, they're looking for a consultant who can work directly with clients to gather requirements, configure solutions, deliver training and support successful project delivery.
This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role suited to someone who enjoys a mix of consulting, system configuration and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document client requirements
- Facilitate workshops and client meetings
- Configure and implement CRM and membership solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions
- Support testing, deployment and go‑live activities
- Provide ongoing client support and system enhancements
