THE COMPANY

We are representing a consultancy who help organisations tackle complex problems. They work right across the spectrum of sectors from public and commercial right through to sustainability. They move beyond the traditional research and insight, really using their findings to measure what actually works.

They are now looking to push their research offering forward with a new Head of Research Data:

KEY DUTIES

• Lead data science strategy, developing talent and ensuring the team delivers against organisational priorities.
• Grow the data science offering through client development, new business, technical pitches and commercially focused solutions.
• Shape AI roadmap while overseeing technical standards, innovation, quality assurance and integration with the product team.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Advanced data science expertise across machine learning, econometrics, Python, R and complex datasets.
• Strong commercial and leadership experience, developing client relationships, winning work and mentoring technical teams.
• Experience applying AI, causal inference and mixed methods, translating technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
