- Supporting young persons 1:1 in their home
- Provide personal and clinical care
- Dealing with complex needs including verbal and non verbal
- Supporting young people with autism and challenging behaviour
- Assist with medication, housing needs, appointments, and daily routines
- Encourage social participation and independence
Whether it’s helping someone feel confident in their own home or supporting them at a community event, you’ll play a vital role in helping people feel safe, empowered, and connected.
This role can involve lone working, with on‑call support available 24 hours a day.

Experience is preferred but we provide a full induction and ongoing training. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, your empathy, and your commitment to helping others.

- Comfortable working independently
You’ll Need:
- Right to work in the UK (WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP)
- UK Driving Licence
- Access to your own car would be advantageous
- Flexibility to work shift patterns (day, evening, or weekend)
