We are working with a major events company behind some of the UK's largest and most prestigious exhibitions. They are looking for an experienced Event Manager (Sponsorship) to take ownership of sponsorship delivery for a flagship event with significant commercial value.

This is a high-profile role working at the heart of the business, partnering closely with internal sponsorship and operations teams, as well as directly with sponsors, to ensure best-in-class delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.

The Role
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of sponsorship packages for a large-scale exhibition
  • Act as the main point of contact for sponsors, ensuring all contractual assets are delivered accurately and on time
  • Work closely with Sponsorship Sales and Operations teams to align delivery with commercial objectives
  • Oversee sponsor onboarding, logistics, build-up, on-site execution and post-event follow-up
  • Ensure a premium sponsor experience that protects and grows event revenue
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly and professionally, maintaining strong client relationships throughout
About You
  • Proven experience delivering sponsorship operations within exhibitions, events or large conferences
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence working directly with senior clients
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure live events environment
  • Commercially minded, with a clear understanding of how sponsorship drives event revenue
