About the Role
As an Event & Media Partnerships Manager, you will:
- Sell sponsorship & partnership packages across events, webinars, and digital media
- Own one flagship London-based event + 3 supporting projects annually
- Explore new business opportunities and develop relationships
- Support client relationships from first contact through delivery
- Work closely with content & marketing teams to create compelling partnership proposals
- Monitor and report on your sales progress
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
You will engage with senior executives across insurance, investment, banking & fintech sectors in the UK and Europe π
About You
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years\β experience in B2B sponsorship, advertising, or media sales
- Experienced in selling packages Β£5,000-Β£60,000 and achieving revenue targets of Β£150,000+
- Comfortable engaging with C-suite & senior executives
- Strong consultative sales approach with excellent relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, proactive & results-focused
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Desirable:
- Experience in financial services, investment management, fintech, or fund services media
- Knowledge of event sponsorship & digital media campaigns
- Existing network within institutional investment or insurance markets
