We are hiring an Event Assistant in Central London for a full-time position with a salary of £32k-£35k. Are you organised, detail-focused, and love being at the heart of events? We are looking for an Event Assistant to help make in-person and virtual events run smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Working with sponsors to gather event materials
- Updating systems and websites with the latest content
- Preparing event graphics, documents & social media banners
- Sending updates to delegates and sponsors
- Organising travel, equipment & event resources
- Supporting on-the-day tasks at events, both in the UK & abroad
- Assisting with virtual events
- Handling post-event follow-ups
