The Company

We are working with a boutique market research agency delivering qualitative and quantitative research, strategic insight and consultancy. They are growing their team and looking to bring on board a Data Processing Executive to join their team.

The role can be hybrid or remote first with some travel to the London office.

The Role

In this role you will be working alongside the research team, managing and quality checking the data produced that will be used to produce actionable insights for their clients.

Key Duties Include:

  • Managing and maintaining research data in Excel, ensuring everything is accurate, organised and easy to use.
  • Producing cross-tabulations and summary tables to support analysis and client reporting.
  • Checking data, tables and reports to ensure every figure is accurate before results are shared with clients.
  • Investigating and resolving any data discrepancies, working closely with the wider team to ensure the highest quality standards.
  • Supporting the analysis of quantitative research using Excel and SPSS.
  • Keeping data files well organised with clear version control and documentation.
  • Helping improve internal data processes, templates and quality control procedures.

Skills & Experience:

  • The ideal candidate will have a grounding within data processing in the market research industry, or similar experience.
  • You will have strong excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and working with large datasets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for getting things right.
  • You will be confident working with numbers and analysing data, with excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using SPSS or other statistical software would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
  • A proactive approach, a willingness to learn and the ambition to develop your career within a growing team.
