KEY DUTIES
- Operational delivery includes scripting, data processing, reporting, automation tools, APIs, coordinating resources priorities allocation.
- Identify risks early, manage dependencies, strengthen QA, governance, escalation, documentation, frameworks, resolve technical issues delivery.
- Attend client meetings, engage senior stakeholders, translate technical issues into operational commercial impact, push back.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in market research operations, large-scale quantitative programmes, stakeholder management, survey scripting and data tools.
- Strong operational judgement, prioritisation, data wrangling, QA, and automation workflows using Python, SQL, APIs, tools.
- Commercial awareness, efficient delivery, dashboards, reporting outputs, cross-tabs, SPSS, Q, DisplayR, communication skills stakeholder management.
