They are currently looking to bring on a Data & Operations Manager to work with research teams on domestic and international projects:

KEY DUTIES

  • Operational delivery includes scripting, data processing, reporting, automation tools, APIs, coordinating resources priorities allocation.
  • Identify risks early, manage dependencies, strengthen QA, governance, escalation, documentation, frameworks, resolve technical issues delivery.
  • Attend client meetings, engage senior stakeholders, translate technical issues into operational commercial impact, push back.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in market research operations, large-scale quantitative programmes, stakeholder management, survey scripting and data tools.
  • Strong operational judgement, prioritisation, data wrangling, QA, and automation workflows using Python, SQL, APIs, tools.
  • Commercial awareness, efficient delivery, dashboards, reporting outputs, cross-tabs, SPSS, Q, DisplayR, communication skills stakeholder management.
