They are currently looking to bring on a Data Automation Manager to work with research teams on domestic and international projects:
- KEY DUTIES
- Hands-on automation, workflow and API improvement, maintaining operational tooling while coordinating resources and delivery priorities.
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, strengthen QA and governance, resolving technical issues and minimising downstream impact.
- Translate technical issues into commercial impacts, challenge risky timelines, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years' agency experience delivering large-scale programmes and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong quantitative data expertise, including cross-tabs, dashboards, reporting, data cleaning and transformation using SPSS, Q or Display R.
- Commercially aware, organised and technically capable, with experience automating workflows, managing risks and improving operational delivery efficiency.
