Overview
Customer Service & Sales Support
Salary: Β£26,000 – Β£27,500 per annum
Hours: Monday β Friday 8am β 5pm
This role is all about making sure customers get the very best service, while also supporting the wider team with sales, purchasing, and day-to-day operations. Youβll be working with managers, suppliers, and clients across our branches β so no two days will ever be the same!
Responsibilities
- Team up with the Customer Service and Warehouse Managers to deliver excellent service across the board.
- Managing quotes, sales, and purchases
- Preparing quotations and supporting negotiations to help maximise sales opportunities.
- Responding to customer enquiries quickly and professionally β whether over the phone, by email, or via head office.
- Keeping everything organised in the internal systems β from raising purchase orders to making sure data is spot on.
- Building strong relationships with both customers and suppliers through clear, friendly communication.
- Updating clients regularly so they know exactly whatβs happening with their orders.
- Supporting colleagues across branches and departments to keep everything running smoothly.
- Helping out with everyday admin tasks like filing, scanning, and photocopying.
Experience / Qualifications
- Strong ICT literate
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- A detail-focused approach β accuracy is key in this role
- A team player who enjoys working with people and building strong relationships
