Role Summary

We are seeking a Content Creator to conceptualise, capture, and deliver exceptional social-first content across a portfolio of iconic luxury restaurants. This is a multi-disciplinary creative role, involved across every stage of social content creation - from early-stage conceptual thinking through to shooting, editing, and delivering all content that appears on social channels. You will work closely with the Head of Creative, Graphic Designer, Motion team, Creative Producer, and Marketing team, contributing creatively across video, photography, graphics, paid assets, and organic content. Everything released on social platforms must feel considered, elevated, and brand-led. This is a hands-on creator role for a true maker - someone who understands that in luxury hospitality, no detail is too small. You will move fluidly between building compelling creative decks, styling tables on-site, and editing high-impact short-form video. As a key member of the creative team, you will help ensure the brands remain culturally relevant while protecting their timeless luxury positioning. This is not a desk-based social planning role. It is a practical, on-the-ground position for a creator who thrives in live environments and takes pride in craft. This is a solo role within the team, with two hires being made at this level. Quality and visual standard are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Ideation & Strategy: Translate brand strategy, seasonal moments, and key cultural dates into social-first creative concepts. Build and present creative decks that clearly articulate narrative, tone, and visual intent to the Head of Creative and stakeholders. Stay ahead of platform behaviours and cultural shifts, adapting relevant formats and trends to a premium context without compromising brand integrity.
  • Production & On-Site Capture: Act as a primary photographer and videographer, shooting high-quality, vertical-first video and stills across food, interiors, atmosphere, and service. Work closely with site teams to style shoots and confidently direct chefs, bartenders, and front-of-house teams to achieve a refined visual outcome. Ensure all content aligns with established brand guidelines, including colour palette, lighting, composition, and tone.
  • Post-Production & Craft: Edit and colour-grade short-form video for Instagram and TikTok using tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut, applying platform-appropriate pacing and transitions. Work confidently in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro). Collaborate with the design team to produce on-brand assets for Stories, paid media, and digital communications. Maintain organised content libraries and delivery standards across multiple brands and locations.
  • Collaboration & Live Moments: Partner with Executive Chefs, Bar Managers, GMs, and marketing stakeholders to translate culinary and experiential ideas into compelling visual stories. Attend launches, tastings, and high-profile activations to capture live content and fast-turnaround assets. Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure visual consistency and campaign alignment.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 12 months, success in this role will include:

  • A consistently high visual standard across all brands and locations.
  • Meeting weekly publishing targets (approximately 40+ pieces of content per month).
  • Strong organic social performance against industry benchmarks.
  • Clear, reusable content systems for seasonal campaigns and launches.
  • Becoming a trusted creative presence on-site with senior teams.

What You'll Bring

  • 3-5+ years' experience in a creative content role, ideally within luxury hospitality, fashion, or premium food and beverage.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing premier fashion, luxury lifestyle, or high-end F&B brands.
  • Demonstrated excellence in food and drink photography with refined composition and luxury lighting.
  • Professional-level editing experience in Premiere Pro (no UGC-style content; polished, high-production output only).
  • Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok, including hook structures and engagement mechanics.
  • Strong aesthetic judgement, restraint, and sensitivity to brand codes.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure in live environments.
