About the role:
As our Conference/Event Producer, you’ll take paid corporate events from brief to delivery—managing projects, budgets, suppliers, and client relationships. You’ll collaborate with creative, technical, and operational teams to ensure every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.
What you’ll do:
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver conferences and exhibitions from start to finish
- Manage project meetings and teams, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Source, negotiate, and manage venues, suppliers, and budgets
- Oversee onsite delivery, solve problems, and communicate with clients
- Monitor budgets, track costs, and ensure profitability
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
What we’re looking for:
- Events agency experience (essential)
- Experience managing budgets £250K+ (essential)
- Proven experience delivering paid corporate events
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong project and decision-making skills
- Creative eye and willingness to learn basic design software
- Ability to travel for site inspections and event delivery
- Relationship builder who collaborates across teams
