The Opportunity
I am looking for a Programmatic Account Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional results for a key client account. You'll take end-to-end responsibility for a major client account, leading campaign strategy, activation, optimisation, reporting and client communication. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, drive performance improvements and build trusted client relationships while working closely with a collaborative and entrepreneurial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, planning and delivery of display, video and paid media campaigns for a key client account.
- Manage campaign budgets, trafficking, audience targeting and creative testing from start to finish.
- Participate in regular client meetings and provide clear, actionable performance updates.
- Create insightful reporting and presentations that translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance, making real-time decisions to improve outcomes.
- Troubleshoot tracking and measurement issues to ensure reporting accuracy.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' experience managing display, video and paid media campaigns.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads, DV360 and CM360.
- Experience managing significant advertising budgets.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting insights and recommendations to clients.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of campaign performance.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
