We're partnering with a leading international media agency that specialises in delivering integrated marketing solutions for global brands. As the business continues to grow, they're looking to hire an Account Manager to join their Planning team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 3 years' agency experience who enjoys client management, campaign delivery and strategic media planning across multiple channels.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in the planning, activation and delivery of integrated media campaigns for a range of international clients. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you'll be responsible for managing campaigns from brief through to reporting, ensuring objectives are met and clients receive exceptional service throughout.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver multi-channel media plans across digital and offline channels
- Manage campaigns from planning and activation through to reporting and optimisation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, media owners and agency partners
- Produce insightful media recommendations driven by audience and market data
- Monitor campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities
- Coordinate campaign assets and ensure smooth delivery across teams
- Support new business pitches and growth opportunities where required
- Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver best-in-class campaign solutions
- Help mentor and support junior members of the team
About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- 3+ years' experience within a media agency or marketing environment
- Experience planning and delivering multi-channel media campaigns
- Strong client servicing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience using industry research and planning tools such as YouGov, Nielsen, TGI or similar
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
- A collaborative and proactive approach to account management
