We're partnering with a highly regarded creative digital agency looking to hire a talented Marketing Lead to shape and deliver their marketing strategy during an exciting period of growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced B2B marketer with a passion for creative industries, digital innovation, and brand storytelling. You'll play a pivotal role in strengthening the agency's market presence, driving inbound business opportunities, and elevating its reputation across the design, digital, luxury, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors.

The Role

  • Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll own and deliver the marketing strategy across multiple channels, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve the company's marketing strategy
  • Create and manage the annual marketing plan and content calendar
  • Drive qualified inbound lead generation initiatives
  • Build thought leadership and increase industry visibility
  • Manage content across website, LinkedIn, Instagram, email marketing, newsletters, case studies, and video
  • Support new business activity through strategic content and marketing initiatives
  • Organise industry events, partnerships, and networking opportunities

About You

  • 5+ years' marketing experience within a creative, digital, branding, technology, or agency environment
  • Strong experience developing marketing strategies and delivering measurable results
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills
  • Experience managing social media, content marketing, and website platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO and broader digital marketing best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset

Ideal Background

We're particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have experience within fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands, or those coming from a creative, branding, digital, or design agency environment. As a point of reference, backgrounds from agencies similar to Made Thought, Metalab, or other design-led consultancies and creative agencies would be highly relevant. Experience working with luxury, fashion, beauty, hospitality, or lifestyle-focused clients would be especially advantageous.
