About You: You’ll bring:
- 8+ years post-qualification experience (ACCA or equivalent)
- Strong expertise in personal tax, VAT, IFRS 102 & 105
- Confidence handling complex accounting work
- Experience supporting scale and process improvement
- Strong IT capability (TaxCalc, QuickBooks & bookkeeping tools)
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset
- Experience mentoring junior colleagues
- Clear communication and the confidence to challenge when needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee outsourcing partners and conduct quality reviews
- Handle complex client queries with clarity and professionalism
- Mentor and train junior team members
- Build a structured knowledge base for recurring queries
- Monitor regulatory changes and maintain compliance
- Support the Practice Director in strategic decisions
- Help scale systems and processes for growth
Requirements:
- On-site 5 days per week in Covent Garden
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Notice period ideally 3 months (6 months negotiable)
Compensation: £75,000-£90,000 + benefits
