A rapidly growing RTD drinks brand, currently valued at £60m, is hiring a Head of Growth to lead global performance marketing and digital revenue. The brand has already achieved significant scale - millions of units sold, strong traction across the UK and US, and a digital engine that works. The next phase is about structured, profitable expansion ahead of a defined exit roadmap. This role sits at the centre of that ambition.
You will take ownership of global digital performance end-to-end - paid media, retention, subscription growth, ecommerce optimisation, Amazon, and commercial offer strategy. The objective is clear: scale revenue while strengthening the underlying unit economics.
Your remit will include:
- Leading paid media performance across Meta, TikTok and Google, managing agency partners to deliver scalable and efficient growth
- Improving blended ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV and contribution margin
- Building and refining a subscription strategy that increases recurring revenue and reduces churn
- Elevating retention and lifecycle marketing to unlock stronger customer value
- Partnering with ecommerce to optimise conversion across PDPs, landing pages and checkout
- Developing promotional and bundle strategies that increase AOV without compromising margin
This role requires a commercially driven growth leader who understands DTC economics and has operated at meaningful scale. You will be confident making budget allocation decisions, challenging agency strategy, and using data to inform commercial pivots. Experience within high-frequency consumer goods, beverage, or supplements would be advantageous.
Compensation: £100k+ base (we will consider candidates above this level within reason) Equity discussed post-start, with a clear roadmap to exit London hybrid or remote working Global remit.
This is an opportunity to join a high-momentum brand at a pivotal stage - where the right growth leadership will directly influence enterprise value and long-term outcome. If you are ready to take full ownership of global digital growth in a business built for scale, apply now.
