The Role

We\’re seeking an AI Engineer to join the Data Science team and build production‑grade Generative AI systems that streamline operations. You\’ll work on projects such as:

• Enhancing internal chatbots for customer support
• Automating document parsing with schema extraction pipelines
• Designing LLM‑driven workflows to simplify case management

This role combines applied AI engineering, business process design, and hands‑on Python development.

What You\’ll Do

• Build and deploy real GenAI systems
• Work with LLMs, retrieval systems, and automation pipelines
• Own solutions from prototype to production
• Redesign processes using AI for maximum efficiency

Key Skills

• Strong Python engineering experience
• Hands‑on use of LLMs in real workflows
• Ability to design prompts, retrieval pipelines, and agentic flows
• Problem‑solving in ambiguous environments
