With strong early traction, they are building a world‑class commercial team to shape how modern media is monetised.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in building and scaling the brand partnerships function. This is a revenue‑owning, end‑to‑end role, where you will be responsible for originating, structuring, and closing partnerships between brands and creators. You will work across the full deal lifecycle – from opening doors and pitching, through to negotiation and close, and long‑term relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Development
    • Identify and secure high‑value partnerships with brands and agencies
    • Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive outreach and networking
    • Represent the business at events, meetings, and across industry channels
  • Partnership Strategy & Pitching
    • Develop creative, creator‑led partnership concepts aligned to brand objectives
    • Build compelling proposals, pitch decks, and campaign responses
    • Translate audience insights and performance data into commercial narratives
  • Closing & Revenue Growth
    • Own deals end‑to‑end from first contact through to negotiation and close
    • Consistently deliver against revenue targets
    • Build long‑term relationships to drive repeat and scalable partnerships
  • Commercial Operations
    • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking via CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
    • Continuously refine sales materials, positioning, and case studies
    • Use campaign insights to improve future deal performance
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years’ experience in business development, partnerships, or media sales
  • Background in media, agency, creator/influencer marketing, or digital partnerships
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of brand partnerships across sport, gaming, lifestyle, or creator ecosystems
  • Existing network across brands and/or agencies is highly advantageous
  • Confident communicator with strong pitching and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
