We're hiring Business Development Managers to join a leading international events business delivering large-scale industry events across connectivity/telecoms and aviation. The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving new business revenue through the sale of sponsorship and partnership opportunities. You’ll own the full sales cycle - from identifying prospects and engaging senior stakeholders through to negotiating and closing commercial deals. This is a commercially focused role where consultative selling, relationship building, and strong execution are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within your sector
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders including Directors, VPs and C-level decision-makers
  • Create tailored, value‑led commercial proposals

About You

We're looking for individuals early in their careers who want to build a long-term career in commercial sales. You will ideally have:
