They are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their commercial team and play a key role in generating new business opportunities across their digital health solutions.
The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients through outbound activity while qualifying inbound enquiries and supporting the wider sales team with a consistent pipeline of opportunities. This role is well suited to a graduate or early-career sales professional who enjoys building relationships, is comfortable using technology, and is motivated by achieving targets and earning commission.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and telephone to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Qualify inbound enquiries and schedule discovery meetings for the commercial team.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity within HubSpot or a similar CRM system.
- Track outreach performance and provide regular updates on pipeline activity.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging and improve campaign performance.
- Build relationships with prospective clients and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree educated.
- German language proficiency is essential.
- Additional language skills such as Swedish, Finnish, French, Spanish, Italian, Cantonese, or Mandarin are highly desirable.
- Some experience in a customer-facing, business development, or sales role is advantageous, including internships or placements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable learning new technologies and sales tools.
- Experience using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms is beneficial.
