Based in a great London location, this forward-thinking strategic consultancy is looking to take on a Qualitative Associate Director to join their team. Specialising in innovation, design, and branding, they work in partnership with their clients to help them make informed business decisions from insight work they do. Role
As Qualitative Associate Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing qualitative research projects from start to finish, working across a range of sectors and clients. Part of your role will be to develop and manage staff as well, assisting them in their progression.
- Writing proposals and attending business winning pitches
- Designing bespoke research programmes for clients that will meet their needs and answer their questions and briefs
- Carrying out fieldwork as required, including moderating groups, ethnography, depth interviewing, workshops, and semiotics
- Pulling out key insights and writing insightful reports
- Presenting to clients
Qualifications
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be a strong qualitative researcher, who has a proven track record in working across a wide range of qualitative methodologies (including focus group moderation etc). You will be someone who is able to build up and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business. Experience working in innovation, design, and branding is ideal to hit the ground running in this role. You will be someone who is looking to work for a company that will elevate your career and challenge you to produce your best work.
