Salary: £28,000 – £30,000
We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation for a Team Leader to join their Court of Protection Admin team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator or team leader to step into a role where you can manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
Role Overview
As the COP Admin Team Leader, you will report directly to the Head of Department and take ownership of the team’s processes and performance. You will supervise daily activities, provide coaching and guidance, monitor workloads, and ensure efficient and effective work practices across the team. You will play a key role in staff development, promoting adherence to departmental procedures and company culture, and maintaining high levels of morale and team engagement.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the team on a day-to-day basis, providing coaching, guidance, and performance monitoring.
- Allocate tasks effectively and ensure workloads are balanced.
- Ensure compliance with departmental and company-wide procedures.
- Promote a culture of quality, cooperation, and cross-department collaboration.
- Support career development for team members, implementing agreed objectives.
- Lead by example to maintain high team morale and loyalty.
- Assist in recruitment, training, and staff development initiatives as required.
