Early Years Apprenticeship – Level 3 – The Little Blue Door, Westhampnett

The Aspire Training Team are currently recruiting for a punctual, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to join The Little Blue Door, at their Westhampnett setting as a Level 3 Childcare Apprentice.

At Little Blue Door we know wellbeing is vital for the health and development of little minds and we have kept this core to our design process throughout, to offer your child a healthy and safe environment to thrive.
Outdoor play and learning are a core part of life at the setting. Consisting of 5000 sq. ft of carefully designed spaces for your children to learn through play.

This is an exciting opportunity to complete a Level 3 Childcare apprenticeship within a friendly team at a fantastic setting.

Your Role and responsibilities will include;

  • Helping in the class room, supporting looking after the children
  • Communicating with parents
  • Help with planning
  • Carrying out Activities
  • Food prep
  • Toileting
  • Nappy changing
  • Play
  • Reading
  • Requirements;

  • Level 2 Childcare qualification is essential when applying for this role
  • You must be able to obtain a clear DBS
  • Good standard of English and Maths
  • Hours;

  • You will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours and up to 45 hours per week, with shift patterns that vary between the settings opening times of 07:15-18:00, Monday to Friday.
