Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship – Maybury Montessori
The Aspire Training Team are currently recruiting for a punctual, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join Maybury Montessori as a Level 3Apprentice.
Maybury Montessori is designed to feel as much like home as possible for our children aged 6 months to 4 years. Our teachers are a dedicated team who are passionate about what they do, their main aim being to give each child confidence and a love of learning.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist in creating a safe nurturing environment for children.
- Support the planning, implementation and evaluation of the EYFS curriculum, ensuring activities are developmentally appropriate and inclusive.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians and sharing information about children’s development and well‑being.
- Observe and assess children’s development, documenting observations and contributing to individual learning plans.
- Support children’s personal care needs.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming setting
- Collaborate with the team to plan and deliver engaging learning activities both indoors and outdoors.
- Attending staff meetings
- Follow Montessori ethos
Requirements :
- Level 2 Childcare Qualification is required
- You must be able to obtain a clear DBS
- You ideally will have GCSE Grades A
- C in English and; Maths, or equivalent i.e. functional skills.
Hours :
- You will be required to work40hours per week with shifts between 08.00am to 18.00pm
