With an in-house recruitment function already established, we’re now looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and support the next phase of our growth.

A key focus of this role will be sales recruitment, helping us attract high-performing commercial talent in new and existing regions so we can continue expanding our reach and client base.

About the role

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with our hiring managers and leadership team to support business-critical hiring needs – predominantly sales and business development roles that will drive our growth across new regions. Helping us attract high-performing commercial talent in new and existing regions so we can continue expanding our reach and client base.

You’ll play a vital role in bringing our culture to life when sourcing candidates, ensuring candidates understand who we are, what we stand for and why they should want to be part of our journey.

While the role is primarily based in the North East, our organisation operates on a national scale, and you will bring experience in developing networks and partnerships in new regions.

What you will be doing

  • Take the lead on sales and business development recruitment to support regional expansion and revenue growth.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles and team dynamics and goals.
  • Bring the Aspire culture to life through candidate interactions, job marketing and employer branding.
  • Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.
  • Write engaging job adverts and support recruitment marketing to improve visibility and reach.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the hiring process and candidate experience.
  • Reduce dependency on external recruitment agencies through effective direct sourcing.

You will suit the role if you have

  • Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition, Internal Recruitment or Recruitment Agency role with a strong focus on sales recruitment.
  • Background in tech, IT or cybersecurity sectors is desirable.
  • Excellent sourcing skills and a proactive mindset for finding and engaging hard-to-reach candidates.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident in bringing company culture to life and communicating values to prospective hires.
  • Able to balance multiple vacancies, prioritise effectively and work independently.
  • Proficient in LinkedIn, job boards and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

£45,000 to £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Location and Working Arrangements

You will be based at Aspire’s Gateshead Head Office with travel as required.

Hours of Work

Full time (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday.

Interview Process

We generally conduct interviews in three stages, lasting approximately 2-3 weeks depending on everyone’s calendars.

  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a pre-screening call via teams to discuss your experience and what you’re looking for in your next role.
  • Successful candidates will be invited to an interview with the Hiring Manager.
  • If successful in interview, candidates will be invited to an informal interview with key stakeholders at Aspire to meet the wider team(s).
