Aspire Technology Solutions is seeking a 24/7 IT Analyst to join our 24/7 Team delivering rapid IT support from our Gateshead head office. You will engage in End-user support, networks, and infrastructure work, providing swift responses to IT and security issues for our customers.
You will operate on a 4 days on/4 days off shift pattern, using fault-finding tools to diagnose remote problems while maintaining high customer satisfaction and robust service delivery.
