We are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of a residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation service. This is an operational management role focused on ensuring the smooth and compliant running of the service, including staff management, admissions, rotas, safeguarding, health & safety, medication oversight, complaints handling and maintaining high care standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous management experience within health & social care
  • At least 1 year experience within a residential drug & alcohol rehab environment
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance and CQC standards
  • Confident managing staff teams and operational responsibilities
