We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to join our global team in the Insurance domain. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We are seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others.

We are looking for pure play hunters who have previously worked in IT services/product companies (about 15-20 years of experience in UK/Europe). Experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Business development
  • Bid/proposal management
  • Sales negotiations
  • Commercial pricing with Insurance Services Clients

Should have sold horizontal services like Applications, Cloud, Infra, data etc. Experience in selling IT services in the Insurance domain. Extensive experience working with Onsite/Offshore Sales Model. Experience/exposure in platform selling (Guidewire, Pega, Appian, AWS) and experiences of winning clients with these platforms. Knowledge of underwriting optimization and API integrations is beneficial. Familiarity with AI/Data is also advantageous.

Ability to influence or complete assignments independently, whilst making decisions autonomously. Capability to build own pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, with a track record of successful revenue attainment. Enable coordinated involvement of company resources, including Delivery, Support functions, and Management team to meet sales performance objectives and customer expectations. Willing to travel. Strong connections in the Insurance industry.
