About the Role

Aspire Steps CIC is looking for an enthusiastic and supportive Ambassador Coordinator to help lead our Student Ambassador Programme. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, motivating peers, and ensuring student volunteers feel supported and engaged. You will play an important part in helping our ambassadors thrive as they represent Aspire Steps in their schools and communities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage our Student Ambassador Programme.

  • Organise monthly catch-ups to check in with ambassadors and maintain engagement.

  • Collect feedback from ambassadors to help improve the programme.

  • Encourage ambassadors to participate in activities, share ideas, and stay active.

  • Provide basic pastoral support or flag safeguarding concerns to Aspire Steps staff where necessary.

Requirements

  • Aged 18+ – suitable for university students, apprentices, or early-career professionals.

  • Strong organisational skills and potential for team leadership.

  • Friendly, approachable, and responsive in communication.

  • Able to commit for at least one academic term (approx. 3–4 months).
