We are hiring at Aspire Software for a Senior AI Product Manager to join our growing team in the UK! As a Senior AI Product Manager, you will bring analytical and commercial acumen to manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to implementation and commercialisation. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, driving innovation and delivering value to our clients. You will be at the forefront of AI adoption in our portfolio, ensuring that AI solutions provide real business value while staying ahead of industry advancements.

What Your Day Will Look Like
- Customer-Centric Innovation
- Work closely with customers to understand their pain points and identify solutions
- Rapidly prototype features using the latest AI tooling before handing off to development
- Product Strategy and Execution
- Define the product strategy aligned with business objectives
- Prioritise features that move the needle based on user value, company value, and strategic fit
- Identify user processes and workflows where AI is a key enabler
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into our products
- Define and measure outcome-driven metrics after product launch
- AI Technology and Market Leadership
- Stay ahead of AI advancements and translate breakthroughs into new product capabilities
- Continuously evaluate AI trends, tools, and techniques to ensure we are leveraging the latest innovations
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with business stakeholders to ensure product initiatives align with revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
About You
- Technical and AI Expertise
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management or a similar related discipline is essential
- At least 3+ years of proven industry experience and understanding of AI technologies and their impact on product innovation is a prerequisite
- Ability to rapidly prototype AI-driven solutions with low/no-code tools and AI frameworks
- Product Management and Execution
- Experience leading AI-driven product development from concept to launch
- Ability to prioritise features based on data, customer impact, and business strategy
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
