Cheslyn Hay Academy is seeking a Student Refocus Lead to drive a positive school culture by managing the Refocus Room, helping students reset and return to lessons ready to learn. This role requires energy, resilience and empathy, with the ability to form strong relationships and de-escalate tense situations in a calm, structured setting.
You will collaborate with teaching staff, Heads of Year and the Senior Leadership Team to uphold high behavioural standards across the school.
