The position is for 37 hours a week, Monday - Friday, term time only and will be a permanent contract for the successful candidate. We are looking for someone to start with us as soon as possible to add capacity to the busy office. Visits to the school are encouraged so that candidates can meet the staff, familiarise themselves with the school setting and hear more about the post. The closing date for this post is Friday 20th March at 12 noon. Shortlisting will take place that afternoon, with the view to interview on Monday 23rd March 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee general office management and reception duties, ensuring a positive, friendly and efficient front of house.
  • Promote, oversee and manage attendance, ensuring strong links with families to maintain high attendance rates for the school.
  • Manage the admissions process, supporting families and ensuring compliance with school policies and processes.
  • Take responsibility for the pupil and school census and data accuracy.
  • Lead on schools’ Management Information System (MIS), Arbor, including the setup and organisation of pupil data, lunches, clubs, events, trips, and parent payments etc.
  • Deliver a wide range of administrative, clerical, and financial tasks to support school operations.
  • Ensure there is seamless communication between all stakeholders to ensure the successful day to day running of the school.
  • Be accessible to parents and the community when required to continue to support and grow parent and community relationships.
