Insurance Adviser / Glasgow / full time / hybrid / £31,200 basic salary plus monthly bonus, pension, healthcare and income protection.

We are working on an exclusive basis with our client, a highly regarded mortgage and protection broker, to secure a top performing insurance adviser for their busy Glasgow office. This award-winning whole of the market mortgage company offers its staff unparalleled support to excel in their role, with large administrative and compliance back up, extensive training and quality leads, so you can concentrate on providing the best advice to your customers.

The successful candidate will offer advice across a wide array of insurance products to new and existing private client customers and work within a supportive and friendly team. You will be provided with quality leads as well as outstanding career progression. This is a high earning role with OTE circa £65,000 - £90,000 per annum plus pension, income protection and private medical healthcare on top.

Required experience, skills and qualifications:

  • Over one year's experience as a protection/insurance advisor preferably with telephony experience;
  • Attainment of relevant qualification (e.g. RO5);
  • Able to cope with high volume;
  • Excellent team-working and customer service skills;
  • Target driven.
