An opportunity has arisen for an Employee Benefits Administrator to join our highly regarded wealth management client based in Glasgow. The successful candidate will work directly with one of the Directors and full training and development will be provided for those lacking experience in any of the specialist areas.

Suitable candidates will possess over three years’ group risk and/or group pension experience. There is excellent opportunity for career progression for those that want it as well as relevant qualification support/funding. In addition to administrative tasks, role holders can also be involved in client meetings, analytics and other more technical aspects of employee benefits to aid their development. Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the timely service delivery to a corporate client portfolio;
  • Administration of group pension and group risk arrangements;
  • Preparation of group risk and pension governance report;
  • Updating the back-office system;
  • Dealing with client enquiries in a swift and timely manner, liaising with the team and product providers where necessary;
  • Preparing client packs ahead of initial and annual review meetings;
  • Improving and developing processes and enhancing the client experience.

The person:

  • Over three years group risk and/or group pension experience;
  • Well organised with an excellent attention to detail;
  • Experience of working as part of a team;
  • Possess a ‘can-do’ attitude;
  • Friendly with an outgoing personality;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to adapt to change;
  • Experience of Microsoft Office and relevant back office systems.
