We are working on an exclusive basis with our client, a highly regarded mortgage broker, to secure top performing mortgage advisors. This award-winning whole of the market mortgage company offers its staff unparalleled support to excel in their role, with large administrative and compliance back up, extensive training and quality leads, allowing you to concentrate on providing the best whole of the market mortgage and protection advice to your customers.
Our client is open to those seeking remote/home/hybrid/part time working; however, this depends on experience and track record of success. This is a high earning role offering a competitive basic salary (£32,500 - £40,000, depending on experience), uncapped commission and excellent ancillary benefits such as pension, income protection and private medical healthcare. OTE tends to range between £60,000 to over £100,000.
Required experience, skills and qualifications:
- At least one year's experience as a CeMAP qualified mortgage advisor;
- Able to cope with high volume;
- Target-driven and self-motivated;
- Excellent team-working, customer service and interpersonal skills;
