About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and organised Accounts Administrator with experience in stock control to join a well‑established, family‑run business in Wilmslow. This is a diverse, hands‑on role, offering exposure to both finance and office administration. You’ll have the opportunity to manage accounts‑related duties, liaise with customers and suppliers, handle stock management, and support general office operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts administration including accounts payable/receivable, credit control, and sales & purchase ledger management
  • Processing employee expenses
  • Sales order processing
  • Stock management: receiving, packaging, and dispatching goods; liaising with clients and suppliers
  • Maintaining and updating the company’s in‑house finance system
  • Handling general administrative tasks and customer communication via email, phone, MS Teams, and face‑to‑face interactions
