We are looking for an experienced and passionate Accountancy Tutor to deliver high-quality training and support learners across a range of programmes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on helping individuals achieve their goals and is committed to continuous improvement in education and skills development.
The role involves:
- Designing and delivering engaging face-to-face and blended learning programmes in Accountancy across various provisions, including Apprenticeships and Adult Learning.
- Assessing learners' work, providing constructive feedback, and setting clear development objectives.
- Monitoring learner progress and achievement, ensuring timely completion and positive outcomes.
- Using digital platforms and tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Maintaining compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and quality assurance standards.
- Participating in employer engagement activities and supporting business development initiatives.
You’ll need:
- Minimum 5 years vocational industry experience in Accountancy.
- 12 years experience in teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Accountancy and relevant qualifications (Diploma in Education and Training or equivalent desirable).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong coaching ability and creativity in developing learning materials.
- Competence in Microsoft Office and eLearning platforms.
- A flexible, supportive, and motivating approach to work.
