Permanent part-time HR Business Partner role. Salary £23,999 per annum for 3 days (equivalent to £40,000 full time). Working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Office based, with flexible base location across multiple cities. Must be able to drive and travel to sites.
Key Requirements
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (essential)
- Must have valid full UK driving licence with access to company car (essential)
- Experience at HR Advisory level with strong employee relations expertise (essential)
- Ability to provide expert advice, guidance, and coaching to managers across a range of HR matters
- Strong skills in planning, organisation, and interpreting people data
- Relationship-builder, able to support and coach managers effectively
Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice, guidance, and coaching to managers on a range of HR matters, including employee relations, absence management, performance management, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances.
- Assist HR Business Partners with key change projects (strategic support).
- Ensure HR practices align with legislation and best practice (compliance & policy updates).
- Work closely with teams to ensure seamless HR operations and case management (collaboration).
