Training Centre Manager Rochdale Up to £37,000 per annum Full-time, Permanent Job Description: We’re looking for an experienced and motivational Training Centre Manager to lead the performance and success of a dynamic post-16 training centre. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in education who is passionate about delivering high-quality learning that supports progression and employability for learners aged 16 and over. The role involves: Leading the centre to achieve performance targets and quality standards Managing staff, safeguarding, and compliance requirements Using MI data to monitor progress and implement improvements Developing innovative, employer-responsive curriculum and growth opportunities Overseeing learner progress, attendance, and behaviour Managing budgets and ensuring financial sustainability You’ll need: A teaching qualification (Level 4) and Maths/English at Level 2 Experience managing post-16 provision, including study programmes and adult learning Strong leadership, organisational and performance management skills Knowledge of curriculum development, funding rules and audit processes Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Safeguarding the welfare of all individuals, including vulnerable adults and young people, is a core priority.
