Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced and motivational Training Centre Manager to lead the performance and success of a dynamic post-16 training centre. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in education who is passionate about delivering high-quality learning that supports progression and employability for learners aged 16 and over.
The role involves:
- Leading the centre to achieve performance targets and quality standards
- Managing staff, safeguarding, and compliance requirements
- Using MI data to monitor progress and implement improvements
- Developing innovative, employer-responsive curriculum and growth opportunities
- Overseeing learner progress, attendance, and behaviour
- Managing budgets and ensuring financial sustainability
You’ll need:
- A teaching qualification (Level 4+) and Maths/English at Level 2
- Experience managing post-16 provision, including study programmes and adult learning
- Strong leadership, organisational and performance management skills
- Knowledge of curriculum development, funding rules and audit processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
