Are you an experienced Audio Visual Installation Engineer looking to join a growing, forward-thinking integrator? We're recruiting for a skilled AV professional to install, maintain and support cutting-edge audio-visual and video-conferencing solutions for SME and large scale businesses. The Role
- Install and maintain a wide range of AV and video-conferencing equipment
- Work on projectors, video walls, LED walls, digital signage, LFDs and more
- Deliver proactive and reactive maintenance across client sites
- Diagnose faults and restore service quickly and professionally
- Complete all installation documentation, service reports and asset records accurately
- Provide end-user familiarisation training after installation sign-off
- Build strong relationships with clients and identify additional service opportunities
- Ensure smooth handover of completed installations to the service team
- Maintain high technical standards and uphold the company's reputation as a leading AV integrator
About You
- Proven experience installing and supporting AV and video-conferencing solutions
- Ability to read and understand AV system schematics
- Strong background in rack building, cabling and system programming
- Familiarity with Extron, Crestron, Kramer and major VC platforms such as Polycom, Logitech, Cisco, Yealink
- Ability to terminate cables to industry standards (RS232, Cat cables)
- Understanding of IP networks
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure, independently or as part of a team
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours and occasionally outside the UK
