Are you a compassionate and organised leader with experience in health or social care? Were looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vibrant community care site in Manchester.
In this rewarding role, youll lead a team of frontline staff, ensure the smooth and safe delivery of care services, and support service users in living independently with dignity and choice. Youll be the go-to person for shift coordination, quality assurance, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations and staff coordination
Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment
Lead shift planning, supervision, and delegation
Monitor care quality and escalate concerns appropriately
Conduct regular health & safety and equipment checks
Liaise with families, professionals, and the wider care team
Maintain accurate records and incident reports
Support service users in line with their care plans
Uphold safeguarding and compliance standards
What Were Looking For:
Experience in a supervisory or senior support role in health or social care
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Knowledge of safeguarding, health & safety, and care compliance
Desirable:
Experience in community care, supported living, or day services
First Aid and Manual Handling certificates
Understanding of CQC standards and care planning
