Were looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vibrant community care site in Manchester. In this rewarding role, youll lead a team of frontline staff, ensure the smooth and safe delivery of care services, and support service users in living independently with dignity and choice. Youll be the go-to person for shift coordination, quality assurance, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all.
