We are seeking a Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our supported living services. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and make a real difference in people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and staff performance.
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and contractual obligations.
Drive the service towards achieving an Outstanding CQC rating.
Conduct assessments, supervisions, and appraisals for team leaders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, families, and professionals.
Monitor and improve support plans and service delivery through audits and spot checks.
Manage complaints, incidents, and accidents with professionalism and care.
Prepare operational reports for senior management and attend key meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar managerial role within supported living or domiciliary care.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and health & safety standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team to success.
A proactive, solution-focused approach to service development and problem-solving.
