What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and develop relationships with employers to identify hiring needs and create job opportunities.

- Manage employer partnerships to encourage repeat hiring and long-term collaboration.
- Promote live vacancies internally and ensure teams are equipped with clear role information.
- Prepare candidates for opportunities and coordinate interviews.
- Work with support teams to align training and pre-employment support with employer needs.
- Keep accurate records in line with data protection and compliance standards.
