What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and develop relationships with employers to identify hiring needs and create job opportunities.

  • Promote live vacancies internally and ensure teams are equipped with clear role information.
  • Prepare candidates for opportunities and coordinate interviews.
  • Work with support teams to align training and pre-employment support with employer needs.
  • Keep accurate records in line with data protection and compliance standards.
