This is an exciting opportunity to step into a Senior HR Advisor role where you'll shape people strategies, influence organisational development, and support managers across a diverse and fast paced environment. In this role, you'll work closely with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to deliver strategic HR interventions that drive performance, engagement, and positive change.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver a tailored HR service to designated business areas, supporting bespoke people plans and strategic initiatives.
- Lead and implement HR projects aligned with organisational goals.
- Analyse HR data, identify trends, and recommend targeted solutions.
- Support organisational development and guide managers through complex employee relations matters.
- Mentor and develop HR Advisors to help them reach their full potential.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with managers at all levels.
- Lead and support business change projects in partnership with HR Business Partners.
- Provide coaching and training to line managers on performance, capability, conflict resolution, and absence management.
- Maintain accurate HR records and produce reports as required.

Skills & Qualifications
- CIPD qualified (Chartered or Graduate) or working towards.
- At least three years' recent experience as a Senior HR Advisor with broad generalist exposure.
- Proven experience leading organisational development and/or business change initiatives.
- Degree level education or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
